As a physiotherapist, recreation specialist, and personal trainer, I have more than 15 years of professional experience. I earned my degree in physiotherapy at the University of Pécs, completed my MSc in Recreation at Semmelweis University, and obtained my international personal trainer qualification in Budapest.

Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous professional training programs, including SM System, McKenzie Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Core Stabilization, and Sports Rehabilitation.

As a former competitive athlete, I won European and Slovak championship titles in the Bikini Fitness and Ms Swimwear categories. In 2017, I received the Sportsperson of the Year award in Komárno.
